Our client is a rapidly expanding company in the financial sector and is looking to grow their team with a Sales Coordinator in Montreal, specifically in Saint-Léonard.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual (French and English), proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and possess excellent communication skills.

A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of the automotive industry would be a valuable asset. The candidate should be outgoing, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the righthand person to the Sales Director, supporting various initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and strategies.
  • Address any issues that dealerships may encounter and contribute to finding solutions.
  • Participate in the creation of new warranty programs.
  • Manage and organize administrative tasks related to the sales department.
  • Draft highquality professional letters and documents.
  • Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales conferences.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales conferences.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong promoter energy and ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
