  • Relay messages to operations control and downline stations
  • Calculate transportation, insurance and other costs of cargo items
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assign seats, prepare boarding passes and check baggage
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Help customers plan travel time and routes
  • Make, cancel and change flight reservations
  • Prepare and issue tickets and receipts
