**Responsabilités **:En tant que généraliste bilingue expérimenté en RH, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le façonnement du paysage RH de LISI Aéronautique Canada. Vos responsabilités incluront:
**Recrutement et dotation**:

- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de département pour bien comprendre les besoins en dotation et élaborer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
- Guider le processus de recrutement de bout en bout, de l'approvisionnement et des entretiens aux onboardings.

**Relations avec les employés et conformité**:

- Entretenir des relations positives avec les employés et répondre rapidement aux préoccupations afin de favoriser un environnement de travail harmonieux.
- Assurer le strict respect des politiques, procédures et programmes des RH conformément aux réglementations légales.

**- Formation, perfectionnement et rendement**:

- Coordonner et faciliter les programmes de formation et de perfectionnement afin d'améliorer les aptitudes et les compétences des employés.
- Gérer les processus d'évaluation du rendement et offrir des informations précieuses aux gestionnaires sur les questions liées au rendement.
- Avantages sociaux et administration des avantages:

- Administrer un ensemble complet d'avantages sociaux, y compris les cotisations à un REER.
- Fournir un soutien pour l'administration des avantages sociaux et assurer une tenue méticuleuse des dossiers.
- Résolution de conflits et sensibilisation de l'industrie:

- Jouer un rôle central dans la résolution des problèmes complexes et des conflits des employés avec empathie et professionnalisme.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie pour améliorer les stratégies RH de manière cohérente.

**Qualifications**:

- Un diplôme d'études supérieures en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience démontrée en tant que généraliste en ressources humaines, de préférence dans la fabrication aérospatiale.
- Compréhension approfondie des lois du travail, des règlements et des normes de conformité, y compris les normes d'emploi du Québec (CNESST).
- Maîtrise exceptionnelle du bilinguisme (anglais/français) pour une communication efficace au sein de notre environnement multiculturel.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word.
- Capacité à travailler avec une grande intégrité, confidentialité et une solide éthique de travail.
- Aptitude à travailler avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation et à gérer les situations avec calme et professionnalisme.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, fiabilité et solides capacités organisationnelles.
