Le/la candidat(e) relèvera du Directeur Général, et
sera supporté par le Directeur général. Il /Elle sera un membre clé de l'équipe
des ressources humaines et de l'équipe de direction. Avec une expérience autant pour la clientèle
que pour nos employés en priorité, ce qui est au cœur de tout ce que nous
faisons, la personne choisie sera responsable et veillera à tous les aspects
concernant la gestion des ressources humaines, soutenir les départements de
l'hôtel en termes de dotation, intégration des nouveaux employés, formations, évaluations de performance,
rémunération, relations de travail, et la santé et la sécurité, et la paie.

Summary

Working within the Human
Resources department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the
management and support of human resources. If you're a passionate HR generalist
and have management experience, this is an excellent opportunity to learn more
and thrive in a management position. Hotel experience is an asset, as is
experience in a unionized environment. He or she will also be responsible for
working with the hotel's departments to ensure interdepartmental liaison, as
well as providing outstanding service to our most important resource, our
employees.

Duties

Customer service - a
priority at all times

Developing and
maintaining our talent and culture

Plan, develop and update
training programs according to brand standards;

Analyze and determine
training needs, provide recommendations on appropriate programs;

Actively participate in
the negotiation of the collective agreement and ensure compliance

Lead and coordinate labor
relations activities and ensure adherence to the Collective Agreement

Manager & implement
system changes in terms of working conditions and benefits;

Advise and support
leaders in the handling of employee-related cases;

Health and safety: lead
and maintain the accident prevention program and lead the occupational health
and safety committee;

Maintain and analyze
relevant performance indicators and take action to maintain or improve results

Be in charge of the
verification and submission of bi-weekly payrolls, and the management of
employee benefits;

Participate in operations
meetings and executive committees, as well as industry meetings.

Qualifications sought

Certificate
or diploma in Human Resources, Hotel Management or Business Management

CHRP
(asset)

Experience
working in a unionized environment.

At
least five (5) years' experience in human resources management.

Strong
knowledge of CNESST Labour standards

Knowledge
of payroll and WorkforceNow will be considered an asset.

Fluent
in French and English (knowledge of another language will be considered an
asset).
