**Position Summary**

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and driving the company's HR initiatives forward. Reporting to the President, the HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance with Quebec and Canada employment laws.

**Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process;
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees;
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Review, enhance, draft, and develop relevant HR programs, policies, and procedures in line with the current and future needs of the organization;
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Manage employee performance review cycles and ensure timely completion;
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as policy updates, company news, and employee announcements;
- Work closely with management to address employee relations issues, support conflict resolution, mediate disputes, and provide guidance throughout the process;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, and time and attendance records;
- Develops and maintains various processes and activities (performance management, employee surveys, trainings, exit interview, processes, etc.);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain socials benefits provider/ programs; (Health insurance/Wellness accounts, RRSP, OPUS and Loyalty program);
- All other related tasks.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience;
- Bilingual French and English (spoken, read and written), required;
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;
- Strong understanding of Quebec Labour law and compliance regulations;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100.00-$80,000.00 per year
