About the role
We're looking for a
Commercial Property Training Consultant to join our growing team

What you'll do here:

  • Develop and deliver training programs, with a heightened focus on commercial property
  • Deliver training which include technical, soft skills, workshopbased, and new hire training
  • Ensure learning outcomes are met by analyzing results, and monitoring post training assessments
  • Analyze results and develop new and effective solutions for current training initiatives
  • Seek out areas of opportunity for improvement by providing solutions that result in improved training material, internal training processes and current learning methods
  • Recommend solutions to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness while enhancing the experience provided to internal clients
  • Partner with other business units to identify training needs
  • Leverage external resources and learnings to develop teaching strategies that support the principles of workplace training

What you bring to the table:

  • 3 years of Commercial Property claims adjusting
  • Proven and demonstrated technical knowledge in commercial property
  • Educational background in Adult Education is an asset
  • Strong understanding of adult education/learning theories and effective delivery of material to a variety of audiences
  • Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills and effective facilitation
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Can engage an audience
  • Solution oriented
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
