Exciting Opportunity to Become a Customer Project Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada

The Ericsson Networks' Accelerated Project Management Learning Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their skills. Through a mix of project simulations, exercises, and interactive sessions, participants will gain valuable insights on how to apply their expertise within the Ericsson framework.

Upon completing the program, you will transition into a project manager role within a team, where you will further develop your experience and knowledge through hands-on involvement and mentorship. As a Customer Project Manager, your responsibilities will include leading, planning, tracking, and reporting on the performance of customer projects, engaging with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

What You Will Do

  • Establish project baselines and secure resources
  • Drive project execution, monitor activities, manage changes, and resolve conflicts
  • Engage with customers and partners, manage relationships, ensure accurate reporting, and governance
  • Manage and report project financials, maintain Global KPIs, and Quality Checks
  • Identify process optimization through innovative ideas
  • Demonstrate high-energy and results-oriented approach
  • Display commitment to integrity, professionalism, and positive demeanor
  • Effectively collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Work with teams from different departments to achieve common goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 1-3 years' experience in project delivery roles
  • Relevant certifications are a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate if needed
  • Ability to travel as required
