We are seeking a driven Digital Sales Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities, persuading prospects to make purchases, and closing deals through effective telephone communication.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and contributing to our overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential sales leads and determine the appropriate amount of time to dedicate to each call.
  • Engage with prospects over the phone, using prepared scripts and compelling sales techniques to persuade them to make purchases or take desired actions.
  • Complete orders by accurately recording customer information, including names, addresses, and purchase details.
  • Understand customers' needs and requirements, and recommend suitable products or services to meet their specific demands.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Gather and analyze sales lead data to support ongoing marketing efforts and strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information by following established protocols and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong active listening and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay:
$16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
