Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all F&B outlets.
- Monitor daily operations, including staffing levels, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Regularly inspect all areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate all employees to ensure a high standard of service
- Develop and execute corporate and inhouse promotions as related to Food & Beverage
- Achieve budget forecasts, revenue and profit goals
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts for each outlet, in collaboration with the General Manager and Finance Department.
- Monitor revenue and expenses closely, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to track progress towards revenue and profit targets.
- Maximize productivity through proper budgeting, scheduling and cost control
- Program and maintain point of sale system
- Ensure superior cleanliness and quality for the outlets, banquets and SBCC
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff members
- Knowledge of pointofsale (POS) systems and other relevant technology
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
