Food Service Manager

MELT WICH FOOD CO. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to meet business needs
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- 3-4 direct reports
