DRAPERY HARDWARE TECHNICIAN


Richmond Wholesale Drapery Distribution Company is seeking a Full Time talented and hard working individual for work in our warehouse.

Responsibilities and duties include assisting in the preparation, assembly & manufacture of custom drapery hardware products and the receiving/shipping of inventory.

The successful applicant should possess the following: basic math skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task & work independently. Comfortability working with workshop tools are essential along with excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, work independently and work in a team environment
  • Comfortable working with work shop tools like bending machines, routing machines and other light duty equipment
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Troubleshooting skills an asset
  • Carpentry skills an asset
  • Eager to learn
  • Self motivated
  • Potential to grow within the Company
Work is full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

All training will be provided.

Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits plan available.

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
