Tremco is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and support sales activities to contribute to Regional Sales Growth.

The primary goals include:

Developing new business, selling more to and retaining existing customers, and reducing the amount of time sales representatives spend on non-selling activities.

Experience**:

Three to five years prior business development experience with a combination of strategic analysis, marketing, and sales skills
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $90,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
