Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Solaris Business Development C. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, managing sales contracts, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leading/instructing groups to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching to develop the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Manage events to promote business growth and build relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Accurate and efficient in managing sales contracts and budget.
  • Excellent written communication skills to communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Interpersonal awareness to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language.
