- Administer various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, Ceridian, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives and decisionmaking.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, Ceridian, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever is preferred.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
