Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative at GAV MGMT, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth in the AV/IT sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and manage relationships.

Act as a door opener and self-starter, initiating contact with potential clients and effectively communicating the value proposition of GAV MGMT's services.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and promote brand awareness.
Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for expansion.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, facility managers, and procurement professionals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the benefits of GAV MGMT's solutions and services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.

QualificationsProven track record of success in business development and account growth, preferably in the AV/IT sector or a related industry.

Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and motivated individual, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Understanding of AV/IT technologies and industry trends is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
