Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fullcycle client enrolment process, including issuing service agreements, Release for Medical Records and contacting previous physician offices and clinics as necessary.
  • Conduct client orientation calls providing information on our programs and services.
  • Manage client requests and answer questions to ensure all inquiries are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing our high client service standards and values in every interaction.
