Job Title: Seasonal Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Cartier North America. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized client experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Support the execution of client experience strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with the commercial team to facilitate seamless client experiences
  • Assist with client development activities, including data entry and report management
  • Provide recommendations and personal services to clients, including directions and restaurant reservations
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills and use of technology
  • MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
  • Additional language skills are a plus
