As a Supervisor, Maintenance Control Center (MCC) you will be part of the multidisciplinary team of our new Integrated Operations Control Center and acts as a representative of the Technical Operations Department.
- Focal point of contact for all AOG and delay situation
- Ensures that the MEL deferral procedures are strictly adhered to
- Ensure all aspects of technical dispatch are in compliances with the MCM and the regulation
- Monitor and communicate aircraft status, operational limitations, passenger comfort related items
- maintain liaisons between the various services of Technical and Flight Operations Departments
- Make plans with maintenance base for the timely rectification of MEL and passenger affected items.
- Assist all outstations maintenance suppliers as required.
- Provide technical support to the pilots and technicians.
- Produce daily reports for operational and technical monitoring (delay reports, incident reports, MEL lists, etc.);
- Participate in daily meetings and follow up actions to ensure the established planning
Qualifications:
- Hold a Licence of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M2; (Avionic or Mechanic)
- Possess ten (10) years of experience in aircraft maintenance;
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems and structures;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Able to make informed, firm and precise decisions, while exercising good judgment and leadership;
- An outstanding communicator, able to disseminate information in ambiguous situations;
- Demonstrates interpersonal flexibility;
- Able to work effectively as a team in a stressful environment;
- Ability to operate in multitasking and highly adaptable;
- Bilingualism (French / English);
- Spanish or another language is an asset;
- Good organizational skills, autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AMOS);
