Strategically positioned just a short distance from London, Bombardier's Biggin Hill Service Centre is perfectly equipped to cater to operators across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Bombardier's Maintenance Organization Procedures, including relevant sections of the MOE and applicable work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, performing all tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Conduct and document maintenance activities according to approved maintenance data, such as aircraft maintenance manuals.
  • Identify defective aircraft components following the Company's Internal Procedures.
  • Order necessary parts using SAP.
  • Execute maintenance tasks to the standards outlined in the Maintenance Data under the supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff, promptly notifying supervisors of any defects or errors that require correction.
  • Report any discrepancies encountered.
  • Properly manage removed, uninstalled, and rejected parts.
  • Address defects under the guidance of Certifying Staff/Support Staff.
  • Document maintenance errors as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a line maintenance environment, ideally within the last three years and for a minimum of six months.
  • Recent hands-on experience with business aircraft.
  • Possession of an A License is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the requirements outlined in Appendix I to Part-66.
  • Good knowledge of Part-145 regulations.
  • Familiarity with EWIS and CDCCL as applicable.
  • Understanding of human factors, human performance, and limitations.
  • Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms regarding individual task status.
  • Proficiency in using standard and special tools, as well as operating ground support equipment.
  • Capability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
  • Experience in understanding critical tasks.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • A valid UK Driving License is necessary for driving airside.
