The facility is equipped to perform a wide range of maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades all from this location. Strategically situated just 14 miles from London, Bombardier's Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally positioned to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Bombardier's Maintenance Organization Procedures, including relevant sections of the MOE and applicable work instructions.
  • Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring all work is conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Perform and document maintenance tasks according to approved maintenance data (e.g., aircraft maintenance manuals).
  • Identify defective aircraft components following the Company's Internal Procedure.
  • Order necessary parts using SAP.
  • Execute maintenance tasks to the standards outlined in the Maintenance Data under the supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff, and promptly notify supervisors of any defects or errors requiring correction to maintain required maintenance standards.
  • Report any discrepancies encountered.
  • Properly process removed, uninstalled, and rejected parts.
  • Correct defects under the guidance of Certifying Staff/Support Staff.
  • Document maintenance errors appropriately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a line maintenance environment, ideally within the last three years and for a minimum of six months.
  • Recent experience working on business aircraft is preferred.
  • Possession of an A License is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of the requirements of Appendix I to Part-66.
  • Good knowledge of Part-145 regulations.
  • Familiarity with EWIS and CDCCL as applicable.
  • Understanding of human factors, human performance, and limitations.
  • Ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms regarding individual task status.
  • Proficiency in using standard tools, special tools, and operating ground support equipment.
  • Capability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
  • Experience in understanding critical tasks.
  • Basic PC skills are required.
  • A valid UK Driving License is necessary, as this role will involve driving airside.
