Reporting to the Manager SCM Data, the Advisor SCM Master Data is primarily responsible for operating and stewarding change to prequalification and qualification processes and tools at Suncor.


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field;

6-10 years of work experience in a related field (e.g. business, IT, insurance, data, change management etc.);

Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of people including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), suppliers, and an external service provider;

Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and ambiguity; demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn;

Advanced ISNetworld, Excel, PowerBI, SAP S/4, ServiceNow and working knowledge with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Informatica MDM, Ariba, Lenel and Fieldglass expertise considered an asset).


Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include:
Support Implementation, & Stabilization, and Sustainment of new Prequal & Qual Processes and Tools including:

Preparing for and Chairing large supplier and employee office hour forums

Quality resolution of daily supplier and employee questions

Pulling and analyzing data to monitor process adoption & project progress

Adjusting or designing procedures and QRGs as required providing vacation coverage for master data stewards as required

Operating Prequalification & Qualification processes including:
Preparing agenda, slides, annual change roadmap, and chairing 1/4ly PreQual CFT Meeting

Inform strategic roadmap/business cases for additional roll out of ISNetworld tool functionality

Authorizing supplier connection requests in ISNetworld tool

Maintaining ISN certified user certification

Processing temporary waivers, grade conformance requests, insurance exemption, and supplier exemption requests

Maintaining PreQual/Qual Sharepoint content

Ensuring supplier data integrity between ISNetworld and Suncor systems

Serving as point person with outsource provider on prequal/qual process touchpoints

Managing ISNetworld security access provisioning

Provide audit evidence to internal and external auditors

Location and other Key Details:
This is an office- based role.

You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave SW.


Hours of work are a regular 40-hour, Monday to Friday
