In this role you will:

  • Responsible for all activities related to the full cycle recruitment for Air Traffic Services Recruitment.
  • Assist in supporting the creation of assessments.
  • Conduct interviews and provide advice and guidance to managers on best practices within the recruitment function.
  • Participate in career fairs to screen potential external applicants and ensure effective representation of NAV CANADA's employer brand and NAV CANADA as a preferred employer
  • Conduct telephone and/or inperson screening interviews

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree from university or college diploma in a related field.
  • HR designation considered an asset
  • Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, including the following:
  • Experience acting as an end-to-end Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Advisor in a corporate and/or agency environments.
  • Volume recruitment for skilled professionals experience is an asset
  • Change management and project management experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of current effective recruitment and assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion theories and best practices.
  • Knowledge of online recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of Workday processes and functionality is an asset.
