About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Edmonton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Talent Acquisition team and providing strategic guidance on recruitment and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies.
    • Develop and implement effective team management practices to drive productivity, engagement, and quality of work.
    • Collaborate with the Manager, People to develop and implement performance goals, manage performance, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective job descriptions, job postings, and interview plans.
    • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, metrics, and reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy in talent acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the Manager, People to develop and implement training programs to enhance the recruitment knowledge and skills of hiring leaders.
  • Employer Branding and Marketing
    • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with the Manager, People to develop and execute marketing plans to promote the organization's job opportunities and employer value proposition.
  • Industry Research and Analysis
    • Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on best practices, trends, and emerging recruitment strategies.
    • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform recruitment strategies and business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
    • Undergraduate degree in human resources, management, business, commerce, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
    • Knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
