Job description
We are looking for a
Front Office to join our team and support our daily office operations.


A successful Office Assistant will act as the point of contact for all customer-related issues, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Main duties include answering the phones, directing calls, order entry, purchasing, order processing, managing product catalog and organizing company records.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daytoday orders.
  • Communicate the customer's needs to the correct department or manager.
  • Service all customers in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with production and sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Mange executive schedules, communications, and meetings.
  • Greet visitors.
  • Handle administrative paperwork.
  • Data entry.

Requirements:

Customer service skills both oral and written to follow-up and settle issues as they arise.

  • Good decisionmaking skills in purchasing. and shipping.
  • Maintain and update accounting software.
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) & Accounting is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Additional qualifications in Customer Service are a plus.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
