Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations in our office environment.

Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Type, format, and edit various documents as required
  • Make social media posts, flyers, videos, edit pdf

Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to clients and visitors
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate documentation
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills for data entry and document creation/editing
  • Ability to organize files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Another language other would be an asset

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
$17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
