En tant que **Représentant - ventes externes,** vous serez chargé de développer de nouveaux prospects et d'interagir avec les clients assignés afin d'augmenter les ventes et la marge des produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Vous vous concentrerez principalement sur les activités de vente en face à face et de gestion des comptes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires en évaluant les besoins des clients et en suggérant des produits, des services et/ou des solutions appropriés, tout en garantissant un processus de vente sans heurts. Vous devrez faire preuve d'un certain degré de créativité et de latitude. Vous devrez vous engager à tous les niveaux de l'organisation des clients, y compris au niveau technique, des opérations, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la direction. Vous pourrez être amené à élaborer et à présenter des offres de vente, des présentations, des propositions et/ou des démonstrations de produits.

**Responsabilités**:

- Exécuter et développer le(s) plan(s) de compte client assigné(s) qui sont développé(s) en collaboration avec la direction.
- Mettre en œuvre des initiatives en matière de marge de facturation par le biais de services à valeur ajoutée, de programmes de marketing et de l'engagement des fournisseurs.
- Contacter des clients potentiels, y compris par des appels et en développant des pistes par le biais de canaux de référence.
- Communiquer avec les clients et les prospects afin d'identifier et de comprendre leurs besoins en matière de produits ou de services ; identifier et suggérer des produits et des services pour répondre à leur besoins.
- Démontrer les fonctions et l'utilité des produits ou des services aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins.
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients par une communication permanente et la gestion des relations ; résoudre tout problème pouvant survenir après la vente.
- Maintenir la communication avec les clients existants et antérieurs, en les informant des nouveaux produits, services et améliorations susceptibles de les intéresser.
- Utiliser les outils de gestion des ventes pour la planification des ventes, la planification des fournisseurs et la documentation des opportunités.
- Développer et approfondir sa connaissance des produits grâce à la formation dispensée par WESCO et les fournisseurs.
- Développer des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, notamment en organisant régulièrement des visites de vente conjointes.
- Fournir des devis directement ou en collaboration avec l'équipe de soutien aux ventes.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent exigé ; le baccalauréat est préférable.
- Expérience préalable de la vente requise, de préférence dans le domaine de la vente à l'extérieur
- Deux ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de préférence
- Capacité à se rendre chez des clients et des fournisseurs actuels et potentiels.
- Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible et à voyager occasionnellement de nuit
- Excellentes compétences en matière de vente et de négociation
- Capacité à élaborer et à présenter des exposés
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Solides compétences dans la suite Microsoft Office
- Connaissance des techniques de publicité et de promotion des ventes (de préférence)
- Capacité à voyager de 50 à 75 % du temps.

Environnement de travail : Ventes externes - Le travail est généralement effectué dans un environnement de bureau, mais l'employé peut être amené à se rendre chez des clients ou dans des entrepôts. Il peut être nécessaire de conduire pendant une période prolongée avec des arrêts et des démarrages fréquents. Il peut être exposé à des conditions météorologiques extérieures.

As a Representative - Outside Sales, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company's products and/or services. Your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. There will be a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. You will be expected to engage with all levels of the customers' organizations including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management. You may be required to develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations.
