Unified Alloys is one of the top suppliers of specialty steel, alloy piping, and instrumentation products in Canada. Currently, there is an opportunity to join our sales operations team as a Technical Sales Representative at our Dorval location.

General Responsibilities:

  • Sell products and services to meet business targets through phone sales.
  • Develop revenue by creating sales leads and maintaining customer relationships.

Technical Sales Representative Overview:

  • Accurately process customer transactions and provide technical information promptly.
  • Increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Keep records of sales calls and customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated effective selling strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of stainless-steel products and sales operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, bilingual in French & English.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer service.
