Duties:


Incumbent is responsible for installation and maintenance of IT systems in classified office spaces; implementation of system security; classified computer account and identity management; and diagnostics and troubleshooting of network hardware, software, and the network backbone within the classified spaces.

Additionally, the incumbent will be given tasks related to Post's Information Programs Center (IPC) including classified network maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, inventory, shared acquisition duties, cyber security related duties, telephone, records management, radio and mailroom support.

Position requires irregular weekend and evening work, as well as the ability to physically lift up to 50lbs.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum five years of specialized IT experience in the performance of one or more related functions, such as: installation and troubleshooting hardware and software, network devices, technical customer support, systems and network administration, program management for IT projects, data analytics, or cybersecurity/cloud computing.

Completion of secondary school is required.

Good working knowledge in speaking/reading/writing in English is required. This may be tested.
