Enbridge has an exciting opening, with the opportunity to work with Director level experts, ERP Finance Subledgers, ultimately joining and driving the implementation of the end to end process for the Order to Cash ("OTC") stream of the Unify 5 implementations.

This position will support the final phase of the Unify project. Unify is a project that is moving the enterprise on to a single ERP Financial system. In this release we will be moving GDS, Gazifere, STO, and Alliance Pipeline on to the Oracle Cloud platform.


What You Will Do- Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide OTC Unify solutions for R5- Responsible for working with the business to determine all OTC business requirements- Work with Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs"), TIS and the Systems Implementor ("SI") to determine if any unique OTC design requirements are required for Release 5, and provide input on the end to end solutions required.- Implement enterprise-wide Unify processes, based on Unify guiding principles- Work with the change management team to identify and assess change impacts and ensure appropriate documentation, training manuals and user guides.

This includes influencing change across the work stream and stakeholders, as well as delivery of face to face training where necessary.- Prepare, review and validate test scripts and results- Identify risks and potential solutions to Subledger Manager and Program Management's attention, assisting in coming up with mitigations where appropriate.- Hands on working with SI on all deliverables for respective stream including test strategy, deliverable strategy, Business Process Master List, RICEW list.- Although this role is predominately OTC focused, due to the size of the team, may be required to be involved in other aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, Acquire to Retire, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Financial Planning and Analysis.

Who You Are

Required:

  • Significant experience with Enbridge's Oracle Cloud Order to Cash solutions
  • Experience in ERP implementations
  • Related university degree and/or professional designation or equivalent work experience
  • Fully qualified level role typically with ten or more years of directly related experience.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence and leadership skills. Verbal and written communication typically consists of the coaching, mentoring, motivating and ensuring organizational objectives are translated into the department's activities
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, lead or manage change
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability of working under pressure in an unstructured environment.

Preferred:
Experience supporting or leading process improvement
