We are seeking a Design Summer Student to join our Marketing team.

This role is essential in our goal to support Marketing efforts across Paramount Commerce channels through professional and consistent branding.

The Design Summer Student will have the opportunity to assist in visually conveying the message for social media posts, blog content, promotions, advertisements, websites, videos, product collateral, and other mediums.

This is a 4-month role.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to confirm objectives for each creative project
  • Assist the Design team in daytoday tasks, brand consistency, and top standards of execution for marketing materials
  • Take part in the process to conceptualize, design, and implement creative projects on time and within budget with the Design team
  • Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size for social media posts, blog visuals, advertisements, and more
  • Assist with web design for all affiliated websites
  • Liaise with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. if required
  • Help to manage the design system, organization, and archive of all creative collateral
  • Stay uptodate with design best practices and identify new brand opportunities

  • You are someone with basic video editing skills and some experience with video editing software

  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and pursue design with positive energy and drive

What we are looking for:

  • Pursuing a degree in design, graphic design, graphic arts, or related field
  • Knowledgeable of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
