Job Title: Summer Internship I

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a Summer Internship I. This 10-12 week program is designed to provide current freshman and sophomore students with an introduction to work through related experiences in their degree interests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations of the farm, including farming, packing, and shipping
  • Gain experience in agronomy, organics, quality, food safety, and innovation
  • Participate in team projects and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions
  • Develop soft skills in support of professional development

Internship Opportunities:

  • Farming: General, Agronomy, Organics, Quality, Food Safety, Innovation
  • Operations: General, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Packaging, Purchasing, Transportation and Logistics, Construction and Engineering, Equipment Maintenance
  • Other: Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Safety, IT, Corporate Communication

Requirements:

  • Actively enrolled full-time college student
  • Full-time status is 12 or more credit hours
  • Must have a freshman/sophomore classification
  • Qualified to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needed
