This cross-functional position will be responsible for the following:

  • Greeting walk in and telephone customers in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Collect all relevant customer data and accurately set up new assignments in Summit (i.e. customer name, address, phone number, insurance company and adjuster, etc.)
  • Contacting customers to book estimates
  • Coordinate set up of rental vehicles and communicate repair status to customer and the rental company as required
  • Booking in repairs with customers
    Entering customer information into data base:
  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous car dealership experience would be an asset
  • Experience ordering parts on with shop management software
  • Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability and willingness to follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to perform duties with mínimal supervision
  • Proven ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
