Job Title: Cultural Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Ambassador. This role will play a vital part in promoting diversity and inclusion across our organization, ensuring that our services are accessible and respectful to all members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the Multifaith Network, ensuring that the needs of all faith groups are represented and respected.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural awareness and understanding within the organization.
  • Work closely with the Head of Culture and Inclusivity to ensure that the Trust's diversity and inclusion objectives are met.
  • Support the Trust in fulfilling its responsibilities as an Accountable Officer, ensuring that our services are delivered in a way that is respectful and inclusive of all faiths and cultures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a field related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of the Trust's policies and procedures, particularly those related to diversity and inclusion.
