As a Customer Service Representative at Farm Boy Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our retail team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support Farm Boy's commitment to providing the best fresh shopping experience.
  • Develop a passion for food and confidently handle customer questions or comments.
  • Utilize Farm Boy Service Standards to welcome, greet, and offer customer assistance as required.
  • Ensure product quality and presentation by packaging, stocking, and rotating display counters.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing general housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Comply with corporate policies, particularly those related to Health and Safety, Food Safety, and equipment use.
  • Perform designated opening and closing procedures and assist team members as needed.
  • May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Superior customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining high standards for quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness.
  • Effective communication style, both written and oral, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset.
Work Environment

Please note that this role requires:

  • Standing for extended periods during shifts.
  • Lifting, carrying, or handling heavy objects.
  • Adapting to temperature changes, working on the retail floor, and in coolers and freezers.
