Digital Product Manager
Overview:As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the successful scoping and execution of Sonova website and portal initiatives and projects.

You will manage and deliver projects from concept to completion, within defined budgets and resources. The role involves planning, delegating, tracking, reviewing, and measuring results as they relate to overarching business objectives and KPIs.

This role requires effective collaboration, leading through ambiguity and partnering with our brands, IT, internal stakeholders, and GC teams internationally.


What you'll do:

***- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for the Sonova website and portal initiatives.

  • Manage the daytoday of small to large projects throughout their life cycle, including discovery, planning, executing, budget management, vendor management, stakeholder management, quality assurance and delivery.
  • Define and prioritize requirements and lead crossfunctional teams to deliver products and solutions that meet business and user needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure all products and projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time, on budget, and to specifications.
  • Analyze and track product and project performance, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Continuously optimize the user experience and improve the performance of Sonova's digital properties.
  • Lead organizational change efforts in the digital space as required.
  • Lead workshops and solution design from pregame to delivery of solution, liaising directly with internal and external vendors.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors or masters in business, project management certification an asset
  • 5+ years of experience working in a global company
  • Independent, proactive workstyle, with ability to lead global business/IT projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager
