Job Overview:

Avid Group is looking for a Fulfillment Account Manager to join our team. The Fulfillment Account Manager is a vital member of our apparel production team, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service.

This role is perfect for a collaborative individual who excels in a dynamic setting and seeks a diverse role in the logistics industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts effectively by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Retrieve customer orders from our system and review them for accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with production, quality control, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with team members to address any orderrelated issues or inquiries.
  • Participate in warehouse duties as needed such as picking and packing.
  • Manage special projects as directed by the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Logistics and/or fulfillment experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet order deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Problemsolving capabilities
  • Technologysavvy
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is an asset
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
