Sommaire du poste:
Sous la direction du supérieur immédiat, offrir un soutien TI en personne et effectuer des tâches techniques ayant trait à la maintenance des ressources TI d'un secteur, y compris les ordinateurs de bureau, les ordinateurs portatifs, les assistants numériques, les téléphones intelligents, ainsi que les périphériques informatiques. Installer, configurer, tester et mettre à niveau le matériel informatique et les logiciels. Agir à titre de personne-ressource et résoudre des problèmes. Effectuer des démonstrations techniques et montrer aux autres comment procéder. Assurer l'entretien de l'équipement informatique et effectuer des réglages et des réparations mineures. Tenir les documents et les registres.
