Ce poste actif et crucial fournit du soutien essentiel à l'équipe Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité en travaillant en collaboration avec le ou la généraliste (Ouest), le directeur ou la directrice ainsi que le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice, Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité. Tout en favorisant les relations de travail avec tous les membres du personnel, cette personne soutient les activités quotidiennes du service Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité, qui comprennent notamment, sans s'y limiter, le recrutement, la gestion liée à la cessation d'emploi et l'application des politiques et des procédures de l'organisation. En plus de respecter notre engagement en matière d'équité, de diversité et d'inclusion, cette personne joue un rôle essentiel en s'assurant que les processus et les initiatives liés à Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité font la promotion d'un environnement inclusif et antiraciste.

En outre, cette personne contribue à la stratégie du service Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité et soutien les initiatives de formation avec le directeur ou la directrice. En plus d'apporter sa contribution, elle mène également des processus particuliers de gestion du rendement et de recrutement en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe. Cette personne offre son avis, met en œuvre les initiatives relatives au personnel de la Fondation David Suzuki (FDS) et s'investit à bâtir la culture, fournissant un excellent soutien aux employés internes et favorisant l'excellence et l'amélioration des processus de l'équipe Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité.

Responsabilités

Recrutement et orientation

Mener le processus de recrutement des postes de niveau égal ou inférieur à ceux de la direction en français. Appuyer le directeur ou la directrice dans le recrutement de postes de la direction générale en français. Mettre à jour les descriptions de poste au besoin. Collaborer avec l'équipe des Finances pour établir le budget lié aux besoins de recrutement en français. Mener les sessions d'orientation en français avec le soutien du coordonnateur ou de la coordonnatrice.

Gestion du rendement

Aider les membres de la direction dans la réalisation des évaluations annuelles du rendement, des plans de travail et ainsi de suite. Offrir du soutien quant à la gestion des difficultés de rendement.

Formation

Détecter les occasions de formation conformes aux objectifs d'apprentissage clés pour le personnel. Offrir du soutien aux membres du personnel dans leur parcours de perfectionnement professionnel.

Politiques et procédures

Assumer la responsabilité du maintien et de la création des politiques relatives au personnel et assurer leur inclusivité. Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les membres du personnel en ce qui a trait aux demandes sur les politiques et les procédures. Aider à l'autonomisation de processus clés du service Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité afin de simplifier les activités.

Relations de travail

Être disponible pour le personnel et s'engager de manière proactive dans les relations avec les collègues. Formuler des recommandations d'amélioration des pratiques et des services de l'équipe Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité. Engager les membres du personnel durant les discussions de rétroaction.

Administration

Conserver les fichiers électroniques et les copies physiques au besoin et en assurer la sécurité et la confidentialité. Maintenir le système d'information sur les ressources humaines. Effectuer la traduction entre l'anglais et le français pour les documents à l'intention du personnel.

Congédiement

Superviser le processus de cessation d'emploi aux bureaux de l'Est avec le soutien du coordinateur ou de la coordinatrice. Mener les entretiens de départ en français et en anglais.

Exécuter d'autres tâches selon les besoins

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, administration, business, or another related field 2+ years' experience in PC&E role(s) CHRP designation preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge and experience supporting current and emerging human resources practices, tools and systems. Working knowledge of current Canadian and provincial (BC, Ontario, Quebec) laws regarding employment and human rights. Sound understanding of and commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Strong diplomacy and relationship building acumen. Adept at managing organizational priorities. Adept multi-tasker with an inclusive, systems, and process mindset. Proven skills in judgement, solid ethics, and discretion with all dealings (especially with confidential and sensitive issues). Bilingual (French & English) language skills, written and verbal, are required.

Qualifications

Études et expérience

Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe. Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans des postes relatifs à Employés, culture organisationnelle et équité. Le titre de conseiller agréé ou conseillère agréé en ressources humaines (CPHR) est souhaité.

Connaissances, aptitudes et compétences

Connaissance pratique des lois canadiennes et provinciales actuelles (Colombie-Britannique, Ontario, Québec) en matière d'emploi et de droits de la personne. Compréhension approfondie des principes d'équité, de diversité et d'inclusion et de la lutte contre le racisme, et engagement à cet égard. Aptitude avérée pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles. Aptitude marquée pour la diplomatie et les relations interpersonnelles. Intérêt pour la gestion des priorités de l'organisme. Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front dans un esprit d'inclusion et d'intégration des systèmes et des procédés. Bon jugement, solide éthique professionnelle et discrétion dans tous les dossiers, tout particulièrement dans le cas des questions confidentielles et délicates. Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit exigé.
