PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily office administration.
- Communicating with patients, escorts and professional counterparts.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Prepare digital documents and reports.
- Prepare departmental statistical reports.
- Verification of Accommodation and Travel Warrants.
- Support for Referrals and Appointments, Care and Transportation Coordinators.
- Flight Coordination if required.
- Assist with program development.
- Assist Manager and Director as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two year college diploma and/or equivalent in education and work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office Word and Excel will be tested)
- Proven ability to attend work regularly.
- Satisfactory criminal reference check with vulnerable sector search.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 13 years in a related position.
- The ability to speak Mushkegowuk Cree is an asset but is not required.
