Job Description:

Comme c onseiller(-ère), vous serez responsable de définir , dans un premier temps, la vision, la stratégie et les orientations entourant des outils transversaux de gestion de la relation client (CRM) de l'organisation. Vous contribuerez ainsi à mettre les bases de la relation client/partenaire 360 de Beneva.

Vous agirez à titre de Product manage r / chef de produit et prioriserez les livraisons de valeur à long terme du CRM et des outil s technologiques à venir .

Plus spécifiquement, vous serez en charge d' identifier les besoins des utilisateurs , prioriserez et séquencerez les futurs développements et développerez la feuille de route produit.

Vous travaillerez ainsi en forte collaboration avec le s PO s du CRM et des autres outils technologiques , les chargés de projet s /programme s , les conseillers en stratégie clientèle, les conseillers en parcours clients, les architectes TI et affaires, les équipes en contact avec les partenaires / clients dans les différents secteurs métiers de l'organisation, ainsi qu'avec le secteur Performance d'affaires et technologie de l'information.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

  • Collaborer avec les conseillers en stratégie clientèle, les responsables des parcours partenaires et clients, les secteurs métiers et les responsables de projets d'intégration.
  • Identifier les besoins des utilisateurs.
  • Définir la vision, la stratégie et la feuille des produits.
  • Prioriser les livraisons de valeur, afin de maximiser le ROI.
  • Collaborer avec le secteur Performance d'affaires et technologie de l'information (architectes TI, analystes d'affaires, etc.) et:
  • Participer aux positionnements et à l'arrimage du CRM et des autres outils par rapport aux autres solutions technologiques de l'organisation (ex.: systèmes métiers, téléphonie, martech).
  • Prioriser le travail des analystes d'affaires afin d'établir les livrables (fonctionnalités, tableau de bord, workflow, etc.) alignés à chacune des phases clés de la relation et pour les différents types de clients et être enligné avec les réalités d'affaires de l'organisation.
  • Collecter et intégrer les besoins, requis et attentes des parties prenantes, clients, utilisateurs et collaborateurs.
  • Établir, modifier et maintenir le backlog, les priorités et la feuille de route à long terme du produit.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de Gestion du changement pour assurer l'adhésion et la formation des équipes envers les nouveaux outils.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chargés de projets/portefeuilles pour les suivis des échéanciers, des budgets et des KPIs.
  • Être un(e) ambassadeur(drice) des projets CRM et autres chez Beneva, participer au comité directeur des projets, élaborer des présentations aux différentes instances.
  • Effectuer une vigie de la concurrence, des tendances de l'industrie et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'agilité.

Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (option: système information de gestion ou marketing), intelligence d'affaires ou l'équivalent en combinaison études/expériences de travail.
  • Plus de sept ans d'expérience dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Connaissances des outils CRM en particulier MS Dynamics.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits.
