Main Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Activities: Design and implement strategic activities to strengthen organizational effectiveness and culture, including executive skills development, contribution assessment, succession and career management, leadership development, employee engagement, recognition, and more.
- Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients to support decision-making and suggest opportunities for improvement in their sector of activity.
- Design Performance Evaluation Tools: Develop and implement performance evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of our clients' digital transformation initiatives.
- Implement Change Management: Design and implement best practices in change management at the development, coordination, and implementation stages, including impact analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder identification, and more.
- Influence and Support Clients: Influence and support clients and senior staff in organizations during changes, proposing a methodology and tools for change management.
- Execute Transformation Project Activities: Execute transformation project activities at client sites, following the project schedule and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Build Relationships: Generate and maintain trusting relationships with our existing customers.
- Must be Mobile: Be willing to travel throughout Quebec.
- Education: Hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in management, engineering, business intelligence, or industrial relations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for big challenges.
- Integrity and Professionalism: Exemplary integrity and professionalism.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English and French.
- Experience: Experience in technology development or integration.
- Consulting Experience: Experience in consulting and/or advisory services.
- Technical Expertise: Ease of use with SQL databases and cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and IBM.
- Industry 4.0: An interest in Industry 4.0 and the adoption of new technologies.
- Transformation Project Experience: Experience in a transformation project.
- Change Management: Experience in change management.
