Your mission:
As a dynamic HR technician, you will be the cornerstone of administrative support.

You will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for our employees, answering their questions and ensuring their experience at OPTEL is exceptional.

Your Baggage:

Training: A college diploma in administrative techniques, office automation, administration or human resources or relevant experience.

Toolbox: From the Office Suite to Google tools, you have solid knowledge of Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, as well as Gmail, at an intermediate to advanced level
-
Interpersonal skills: An innate talent for customer service, a warm and professional approach.
-
Intrinsic Abilities: Rigor, autonomy, discretion and excellent organizational skills are your undisputed allies.

Other tools: Experience with an HRIS; a bonus point if it's ADP.
