A titre de technicien(ne) à la planification des effectifs et coordination des activités, vous jouez un rôle essentiel permettant ultimement aux différents départements de planifier et/ou d'ajuster en temps réél les effectifs nécessaires à leurs opérations afin de maintenir l'excellence du service à la clientèle offert par Beneva.

Vous:

- Effectuez les prévisions ainsi que la révision des volumes de travail pour optimiser les horaires et ajuster l'allocation des ressources;
- Effectuez l'analyse des données historiques et en temps réel, identifiez les écarts et communiquer les tendances en temps opportun;
- Agissez comme personne ressource auprès de différents intervenants et travaillez en collaboration avec la clientèle interne pour le suivi de la planification des diverses activités, des congés ou autres éléments pouvant avoir un impact sur la réalisation des niveaux de service.

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes:

- Analyser les conditions, les tendances et la charge de travail (appels, activités hors lignes, etc.) afin de concevoir les horaires, et ce en tenant compte des besoins, des règles, des complexités;
- Ajuster la planification en fonction des mouvements de volume de l'optimisation des ressources;
- Coordonner et effectuer la planification courante des activités (formations, demandes de vacances, réunions, etc.) en vous assurant que les indicateurs de qualité de service soient rencontrés;
- Analyser les résultats des niveaux de service en fonction des cibles de gestion, soulever rapidement les écarts et ajuster la stratégie en collaboration avec les intervenants des différents secteurs;
- Coordonner la production des horaires, des vacances annuelles et des modalités de travail flexibles pour les employés;
- Produire et mettre à jour des rapports statistiques, des listes de contrôle, de support et en faire l'analyse;
- Effectuer le pilotage de l'outil de planification des effectifs, s'assurer de son utilisation optimale et recommander les améliorations ou ajustements requis;
- Établir le moment de réalisation des différentes activités et agir à titre de personne ressource pour la coordination et la vigie quotidienne;
- Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie long terme en collaboration avec les professionnels et le gestionnaire du secteur et proposer des façons d'améliorer la productivité et le rendement;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource, soutenir et former les agents et gestionnaires sur les outils de planification des effectifs;
- Participer à des projets spéciaux.

Vos qualifications et vos talents:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales dans un domaine pertinent
- Minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience pertinente
- Disponibilité pour un horaire de soir (de 12h à 20h) une (1) fois par semaine
- Aisance avec la suite Office, incluant les fonctions intermédiaires d'Excel
- Maîtrise de la langue française
