As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting all activities required by the firm and consultants.

Starting as a permanent part-time role for a probationary period of 90 days, with the intention to transition to full-time afterward, this position is your gateway to a rewarding career path.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance consultant effectiveness by providing topnotch information management support.
  • Foster and support client relationships through proactive problemsolving and seamless communication.
  • Manage documentation requirements for files and process orders efficiently.
  • Be the friendly face and voice of NLD Consulting, handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate with consultants and partners for file management, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Wizard with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Word, Excel, & Outlook.
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with a knack for identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering superior customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment with a professional and friendly demeanor.
