Be our next **Administrative Assistant This position is a temporary contract for 8-12 weeks.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Manage reception and front desk operations, like greeting visitors and clients including managing phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings
  • Assist with preparing reports and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the firm.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Perform data entry, recordkeeping, and document management tasks accurately and efficiently.

What your experience looks like

  • 34 years of experience in detailorientated administrative support work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong people skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of staff and clients.
  • Strong practical experience with MS Office suite.
  • Strong editing and proofreading ability including grammar and sentence structure.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask is critical. Must be able to meet deadlines, be well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in consulting, engineering, or construction industry is an asset.
  • Completion of secondary school, with courses in or graduation from an administration program or equivalent experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
