We're looking for a dynamic and high-performing Client Success Associate to join our growing Business Development team


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Success, you will work closely with Drop's clients and internal Sales, Data, and Product teams to operationalize and deliver against client and business needs.

Specific examples of your work will include sales support, account management, and revenue forecasting.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves collaborating, understanding problems and owning the solution.

You will:

  • Project and account management, operationalizing deliverables, and fulfilling the services that empower our clients to reach their goals with a focus on client retention and revenue maximization/growth.
  • Working crossfunctionally to champion the needs of clients across the Drop organization, with the goal of improving Drop's product offering to ultimately create more value for our clients.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with your portfolio of clients, soliciting their feedback, and working to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Through proactive client education; increasing the likelihood that existing clients will subscribe to additional Drop services.
  • Supporting Sales pitches and advising on optimal sales strategies, with a focus on Drop's technical capabilities.
  • Creating and maintaining sales materials, reporting, and other deliverables.

Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or Business Development.
  • High work ethic.
  • Selfmotivated and a selfstarter.
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with client management and sales analytics (ie. Sales Analyst).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Overall understanding of key performance metrics such as ROI/ROAS, sales funnel, and engagement metrics.
  • Proficient at distilling insight and solutions from data; analytical thinker.
  • Quick learner and techsavvy; Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
  • Experience with the following products: Excel, Looker.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Adaptable and energized by new challenges.

  • A performance marketing background.
  • A consulting background.
  • Experience account managing/selling to Fortune 500 brands.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Experience working with Qualtrics.
  • Experience working with SQL.
