As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve our social media presence
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable social media content
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
