About the PositionThis role will support Equiton Developments in creating, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation for existing and future development projects. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong organizational skills, proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to understand key objectives and deliverables.
- Work with Equiton's creative team and external agencies to guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications.
- Develop and execute email and social media campaigns to drive engagement and registrations for Equiton Development homes for sale.
- Manage target audiences and segments for email messaging to drive engagement.
- Utilize automation software to build and execute automated and triggered email campaigns.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and assess against goals.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the home buying prospect and customer lifecycle.
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and industry best practices.
- Gather customer and market insight to inform outreach strategies and generate qualified leads.
- Write and assist in creating various content to drive registrations for current projects.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar position (real estate development experience an asset).
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant field.
- Solid understanding of online copywriting and its impact on search engine optimization.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools like Mailchimp and social media management tools like Hootsuite and Later.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their deployment.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
