About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Smart Tech Outlet. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Channels: Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to educate and engage customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to inform marketing decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective marketing execution.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, channel management, and analytics.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
