The impact you will have


As a Service Contract and Training Administrator, you will responsible for the regular maintenance of service contracts, including changes in agreement details as well as annual renewals for all Arjo service customers.

This position is also responsible for providing administrative/creative support in creating training material and technical resources in collaboration with technical experts.

As a Service Contract and Training Administrator
, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in ERP system launch: Aid in the introduction of a new ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation process.
  • Manage service agreement renewals: Create annual renewal documents, adjust pricing, and process changes in the system for service agreements.
  • Customize ERP system fields: Develop new servicerelated fields upon request, including agreement types, parts, and labor categories.
  • Handle corporate account requirements: Validate service agreements, update equipment lists, and ensure accurate invoicing based on unique program needs.
  • Provide backoffice support: Make changes to field service orders and maintain current service information in the ERP system.
  • Understand system functionalities: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the ERP system to offer additional administrative support as required.
  • Develop technical training materials: Collaborate with experts to create training resources for technicians, focusing on repair and maintenance.
  • Produce diverse content: Utilize creative and technical skills to generate various content types such as documents, presentations, videos, and interactive tools.

The skills you will need

  • System administration experience: 13 years' experience, including expertise in ERP systems and a solid grasp of service management principles.
  • Proficiency in servicebased ERP systems: Familiarity with using servicebased ERP systems, with preference for experience with Infor M
  • Training and launch experience: Bonus points for involvement in ERP system launches or providing training on ERP systems.
  • Problemsolving skills: Strong ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Organization and results orientation: Highly organized and driven to achieve results in all tasks undertaken.
